“I ordered this and the gold version both as gifts the silver one came with a small imperfection. I emailed at 10.20pm on a Saturday evening I had a personal reply within minutes of sending I then received another email within hours with the decision to give me a code to cover the full cost of the ring with postage along with getting to keep the faulty item which I will keep for myself. Could not have asked for better service thank you very much I will definitely order again.”
