“I was disappointed with the packing as it was completely damaged and bashed and couldn’t actually be used. With the price of the item purchased, it was of been nicer if the bag was included instead of a separate charge. The small box the bracelet came in was also bashed The delivery company clearly didn’t take any care handling the package, as the external packages will also damaged and partly open upon arrival.”
