“The first bag I received was very creased. I messaged customer services and they sent a new bag which was worse. They subsequently sent a third one which was also worse. It was unfortunately then too close to Christmas so I had to use the first one. The gift paper was also torn and they no longer had any in stock. Abbott Lyon did send me a partial refund but it's a shame it wasn't correct in the first place.”
