“Ordered a necklace and bracelet as a gift for Xmas and paid for wax stamp On bag with initial of daughters name, after purchasing on line I checked my email order and realised the wax stamp (paid extra for) on bag had wrong initial down, I contacted the chat and customer service who amended the order with correct initial. However, when arrived just before Xmas it still had wrong initial, I contacted again and they sent out a replacement with correct initial delivered speedily and arrived in time for Xmas. Excellent customer service, product and packaging”
