“I ordered and paid for a gift bag to complete the special gift I had bought for somebody and when my parcel arrived it was a box wrapped in brown paper. Disappointed as they state how careful they are with preparing your order. Not quite the same to give someone a gift that you thought would be in a lovely gift bag and had to just wrap a box. I did contact them to tell them but didn’t get any reply what so ever. That said the personalised necklace was absolutely beautiful.”
