“Was missed off my order and sent supposedly urgently to meet my deadline. It didn’t arrive but was with the courier. Abbott Lyon refunded the gift bag money but it would have been nice of, as a gesture of good will for their mistake, that they allowed the gift bags to arrive so that my daughter could have stored her necklaces safely away.”
