“Didn’t even receive!! Paid £10 for a personalised gift bag and £2.50 for a gift card for a birthday present for my daughter and I didn’t even receive them. Absolutely devastated! I was looking forward to the personal touch and I knew my daughter would be over the moon with a gift bag with her name on it! Literally wasted £12.50 on something I didn’t even receive. Quality of the gift wrapping is also very poor. Quality of the jewellery is excellent but the personal touch and the presentation of the items was very disappointing! Don’t think I’d purchase from you again!”
