“Doesn't come with a box to put the jewellery in. I asked about getting a small box and I was refused and they said they don't sell them no one would help me. The jewellery is beautiful but totally let down with gift packaging”

“I didn't receive my gift bag with my order which you are currently trying to resolve for me. I had to provide evidence the package was not tampered with which I understand. However I did still want the personalised bag if it could be received in time for Christmas but you are going to refund me instead which is good service but I do think for the inconvenience it should be considered to send me a gift bag to complete the gift.”
