As I'm sure you can appreciate, we see thousands of different variations of personalisation requested by our customers. These aren't limited to first names, but also include surnames, business names, nicknames, pet names & so much more. Because of the personal nature of requesting personalisation for the gift packaging, we would never question someone's choice/request and therefore we do ask that our customers make sure their request is correct before placing an order. As your gift packaging has been customised to your request and is non-returnable under our Returns Policy, we cannot accept this back - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.
