“Gorgeous bag, unfortunately there was a mark on it but customer service was excellent and a replacement was sent out to me the same day. Thank you Leva! Would like to suggest maybe adding some packaging or a dust bag to cover from marks given the light colour. Overall a beautiful great quality bag, love the personal touch too with my initials added”
