“I really love this bag. The quality is great. My reason for only giving 4 stars is that the bag could do with some type of fastener across the top to be able to close the bag; i.e a zip or one of those magnetic clasps. Also, the main handles are very sturdy and robust, if you wanted to just swing the bag over your shoulder using just the chain handles, you couldn’t- so maybe making the chain handles a little longer or adding a detachable shoulder strap would be a good feature. A great bag otherwise, can’t wait to use on my travels”
