“I didn’t receive all of it and received two of the same figaro bracelets. Poor quality.”

“I was so excited about this purchase but from the minute I opened the boxes I felt quite disappointed. The gold is very yellowy and looks cheap. The inside of some of the links haven’t been plated fully. The figaro bracelet is very short - I have small wrists - but it barely goes round and I definitely can’t put it on without help. There is an excess in the chain on the initial bracelet and small figaro bracelet (to make it adjustable) which is far too long so it dangles which looks weird. This was a birthday present from the children so I feel that I can’t return it. There’s so much on the website that I really like the look of but the sizing and quality has put me off doing so. Sorry I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I really can’t say much else.”
