“I bought this bracelet for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. It was packaged so well. However, after a bout a month my daughter found the bracelet wouldn't tighten, when pulled on one side. She daren't force it for risk of breaking it. I contacted Abbott Lyon straight away. I have to say, I cannot reccommend Abbott Lyon enough. They replied to my email immediately. They asked if we could send avideo to show the problem. I sent the video and within an hour Abbott Lyon contacted me to apologise for the problem with the bracelet. They sent me a code to get a new bracelet with no charge. I highly reccommend this company despite the fact the bracelet wouldn't tighten properly. I have never known a company respond so quickly, so politely and resolve the problem immediately. I would definitely buy from them again.”

“I’ve previously bought AL bracelets and they came in a beautiful black velvet bracelet box. Unfortunately this time the bracelet came in a card envelope which considering the price you pay for the bracelet was incredibly disappointing so I had to go out and buy a better box as this was a gift for a special birthday and the envelope was not suitable for a gift of this price. Temu put their jewellery in better gift boxes. Really disappointed. Had planned on buying multiple Christmas gifts this year but definitely won’t now”
