“I have ordered two of the charm builder bracelets and they are the best presents I have ever bought from the bracelet to the packaging just beautiful, one of the bracelets I bought was faulty so I contacted customer service 6 months after purchase and I can not fault this company one bit quick to reply asked for a video of the fault as soon as I sent it there was a replacement order placed outstanding customer service would definitely recommend and will definitely be buying from Abbot Lyon’s again”

“Beautiful bracelet! Really impressed with the company too. There was a small fault on my bracelet when I received it. I used WhatsApp to easily contact the company and they replied minutes later offering a replacement. Amazing customer service and lovely product.”
