“The original bracelet broke but I reached out to customer service and followed the steps required to have it replaced under their warranty. The response time was quick and the quality as usual was amazing. I have orders at total of 7 name bracelets most were gifts and every single recipient has been pleasantly satisfied with their gift and always comment about how stunning the packaging was when it arrived and how many compliments they receive when they wear it out. “I was really excited to receive this after waiting over 2 weeks for it to be made & delivered. It arrived I had it on over the span 4 days, for the accumulation of 3/4 hours with no other jewellery on the same wrist. One of the links broke & opened up which prevented me from being able to put the bracelet back on. Contacted customer service & was asked to send images of the fault which I did same day, it’s now over a week later & I am yet to receive a response or reply. I’ve also opened up another case hoping it would lead me to getting this issue dealt with & still no response. Customer service poor, quality of item poor.”

“One of the square cubes has already fallen off this item , despite being worn on weekly only and 5 weeks old ! I also have an ongoing issue with a pendant - This brand of jewellery is pretty to look at but poorly made .”
