“This bracelet with name & birthstone is really lovely, it’s elegant and pretty. I ordered it well in advance for it to arrive for my daughters birthday, however the package went astray which was a courier issue. The result was my daughter didn’t have the bracelet on her birthday which was really disappointing but I must say Abbott Lyon were brilliant at investigating the matter & getting a replacement sorted for her, the customer service team deserve 5 stars, it was just disappointing that it went missing, but my daughter loves it.”
