“After the first bracelet sadly broke at the hinge, I was amazed at just how helpful and professional the problem was dealt with. A replacement bracelet was made and sent directly to my granddaughter ( as it had been a 16th birthday present) quickly and with no drama!! Thankyou so much to all Involved, you went above and beyond what I would expect. Would have no hesitation as to recommending this lovey company ☺️☺️”
