“Customer service is great. First bracelet was spelled wrong so they sent out a replacement. The quality is just ok…the gold is VERY yellow and it twists constantly. It also loosens so I constantly have to tighten it. It also doesn’t look as nice as the website image. Overall I kind of regret asking for it. I want to wear it because it took so long to be delivered especially with the other being spelled wrong but I took it off bc it’s kind of a hassle.”

“I’ve got this bracelet Feb 20th and have worn it every day since! I absolutely love it so much….its small enough to look dainty and big enough to stand out just enough. At first it was a bit hard to loosen and tighten one side to make the excess even but now it’s better :)”
