“This was a replacement order for a previous faulty bracelet. Live chat customer services were great and responsive, a replacement was sent out 2 weeks later however the parcel was lost in transit. Customer services yet again provided 10/10 service and sent out another replacement asap. We are big fans of Abbott Lyon and have bought many pieces over the years and all have been great!”
