“The product itself was fine. But the service was not. I ordered this product before noon on a Thursday. I know it was before noon because the confirmation email I received back from A Little Bit Special was datestamped before noon. This meant that the product should have been sent out by Friday, Saturday at the very latest. When on Monday it has still not arrived, I telephoned to enquire and left a message. Rather than telephone back (I had said I needed the cards for Monday) the company just sent an automated message mintues later saying that the product had been dispatched. I asked exactly when; they said it had been that day, because I had not placed the order before noon on Thursday. As per the above, I had in fact placed it before noon. Then, strangely, later that same day, I received another email saying that the cards had been dispatched, so I wonder when exactly they were sent out. In any event, the cards did not actually arrive until the Thursday, a whole week after I had ordered them. By then I had had to make alternative arrangements for replacement cards, so the money I spent was completely wasted. I won't be using this company again.”
