“I was really looking forward to seeing the personalised condolence book . Unfortunately the condolence book did not arrive in time for my Mum's funeral. Despite receiving an email to update me to say it had been despatched, I was left in a very stressful situation the afternoon before the funeral trying to track down a supplier where I could buy a replacement book last minute. My husband phoned and offered an apology and refund. There was supposedly a delay at the Post Office. However two weeks later the book still has not arrived. Wonder if it was ever sent.”

Hi Eileen, I am sorry that on this occasion Royal Mail appear to have lost your order. Due to the circumstances and the lack of time available to us we did issue a full refund. I appreciate that this will have caused unnecessary stress to you and we can only apologise for that.
