“I ordered this for my friend over 2 weeks ago, got an email last week saying it'd been dispatched 2nd class post, and she still hasn't received it. Appalling customer service, they haven't helped at all, just told me to wait a few more days. 0/10 I will not buy anything from this site again.”

Hi Alys, I have looked into your order and found the following. This item takes 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) to be made and was dispatched within this timescale. You chose Royal Mail 2nd class post which is also a 2-3 working day delivery service. As we advised you in our email to you we have to give Royal Mail 10 days to deliver this before we can assume that it's been lost by them. We gave you a date in the email to contact us by if you still hadn't received it and we would either send a replacement or issue a full refund. It may be worth your friend checking with a neighbour or their local sorting office in case Royal Mail have tried to deliver it but failed to leave her a card. I apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay in delivery.
