“From initial order of mug to delivery this company deserves 10/10. I omitted the date I wanted printed on the mug when I placed the order. I emailed straight away and received an email back stating there was no problem adding date. My order was immediately confirmed . I was kept up to date step by step of progression of order and delivery. The mug arrived on date stated and was well packaged. I was not sure if it could be used in microwave or dishwasher so I emailed company and got reply straight away. Mug is beautiful and is such a lovely keep sake for mom to be.”
