Hi Julie, your order was dispatched on the 6th November by 2nd class post. If there was nobody to accept delivery your postman would have either left it with a neighbour or returned it to your local sorting office for collection. They should leave a card but they don't always do this. Could you please check with both of the above to see if they are holding it for you. If not please send an email to enquiries@alittlebitspecial.co.uk stating that you still haven't received your order and the customer service team will be happy to help.
