“I’m actually quite upset with the ashtray I ordered. I asked for the wording to be Martin. Love Mum and Max I got. Martin love Mum and Dad. My husband and I are divorced and Max is my son’s dog. It was for my son’s 40th Birthday. So a complete muck up. I haven’t paid for it yet.”

“The ashtray is well made and the text is printed very clearly, it arrived quickly and the recipient loves it... can’t fault it! However it would have been nice to have seen a preview picture of my text on the item (I’ve seen this on other websites offering personalisation) as I would have written more on the bottom line had I realised exactly how small it would be.”
