“the item I received was of good quality, however the customer service I received is disappointing. My item arrived late which was for a gradation, so I went to the event empty handed. The member of staff told me that they would keep me posted as to why there was a delay and I have yet to receive to replay. Very disappointing as the item itself is nice, however a trustworthily service is the most important attribute to have in business.”
