H April, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your item yet. Your order was dispatched on the 18th October by 2nd class post. Your postman may have either left it with a neighbour or returned it to your local sorting office for collection. Could you please check with them and see if they are holding it for you. Please let us know as we may have to issue a replacement.
