Hi Pauline, we do state clearly on each product page above the personalisation fields that what you type in the personalisation fields is what we will print. Our system is fully automated due to the amount of orders that we receive and we don't check personalisation. You also confirmed at the checkout that what you typed is what you wanted. We have to assume that what you have typed is what you wanted. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you but we cannot make it any clearer.
