“Line 3: of the original - was supposed to be lower case but arrived in capitals when rest of writing was lower case so I was not happy with this. Paid for 1st class Royal mail deliverery but they did not leave a card - by chance I was at delivery office to collect another parcel on 15/6/18 who informed me this parcel had been waiting for collection since 6/6/18 so was late giving to person concerned.”

Hi Jenny, thank you for your review. As shown on the product description the 2nd Line will always come out in Capitals regardless of how you tpe it in the personalisation field. If you are saying Line 3 also came out in capitals then this would be an error and will warrant us sending you a replacement. I am also sorry that you had a poor delivery experience with Royal Mail. We trust Royal Mail to deliver our products safely and securely but unfortunately we are not in control of there systems and I'm afraid that sometimes they can let us down by on this occasion not leaving you a card to advise you to collect it from them. We will take this up with Royal Mail but I would also advise you to do the same.
