Hi Natasha, we are a bit confused with this review, you originally stated that you hadn't received your order even though tracking stated you had. We sent an immediate replacement and have heard nothing else from you until this review. I'm not sure how cotton wool could be inside the lighter. If you can send an email to enquiries@alittlebitspecial.co.uk attaching a picture showing what you have received we can look into this and either send you a replacement or a full refund
