“I was really pleased with the service. I asked questions before buying and got a quick, helpful response. The cutlery itself is lovely and good quality, I am just disappointed with the engraving as it has spoiled it with the discolouration and what looks to be a thicker writing on one. It’s a first birthday present and I feel as much as its presented in a nice box, you open it and the engraving has ruined it. Really disappointed as 1 name is perfect and how it was expected to come out, the other 3 are discoloured and one has a thicker writing. Just disappointed to spend money and not get what I thought I was going to.”
