“From initially perusing the website, to making our choices, to calling the service team, to placing the order, to receiving advice and suggestions, to receiving the order, to opening it up and assembling everything - wow!!! First Class service all the way. Our furniture is in the garden and being used every day (thank goodness for the better weather!)
