“I would happily recommed you to others for garden furniture. the quality of the table and chairs is great. especially the stacking of the light chairs which complements the heavy table. One big problem however is that the video to assemble the table is not consistant with the table I ordered therefore it took far too long to work out how to put together the underneath part. May i suggest that the assemble pamphlet is much more simple, easy to read and understand? Had this been more practicle, I would definately have given you a 5 star rating. thank you”
“The table and chairs we bought are excellent quality, and look and feel like they'll last forever. The website was okay to use - not the best, not the worst. The site said the items we wanted weren't in stock, when I phoned to find out how long it would be before they were, I was told that in fact they were in stock. Although we received an email giving us a link to the delivery company and a tracking number the information on tracking the order wasn't at all clear and there was no indication about a delivery date or time. Minor inconveniences, and hopefully these quirks will be ironed out for future customers.”
