I realise that there was still an offer for a later date, however this still meant that we had to arrange all the assembly ourselves as we couldn't postpone guests coming. I would point out that some of the castings were "soft" so probably worth you keeping an eye on your quality. lastly *** said he would send an e mail or letter from yourselves stating that you would replace a table top should it fail because of "soft" threaded holes.”
