“The chairs and tables are really beautiful. We were looking for somthing like that a long time. Weatherproof, rustproof and pretty is how we imagined them to be. The delivery from the UK was carried out quickly. Everything was packaged well. Assembly instructions were included. When it's all assembled you'll end up with a beautiful eye-catcher for your garden. During construction, we saw some smaller blemishes on two chairs and a table. We took pictures of them and emailed them to Lazy Susan. The following day we got a call from the UK. The customer service spoke perfect German. We were told that they would send replacements. The new furniture arrived with us just a few days later. We were allowed to keep the chairs and the table with the blemishes as spare parts. Not a bad idea since we've got enough space in the basement. All in all we're really satisfied: quick delivery, perfect furniture, and 5 stars customer service. Every day we sit on the furniture and enjoy them. We're happy to order again in the future. Thank you!!!”
“The furniture is easy to assemble and of a very high quality, chairs are comfortable. I would definitely recommend you to others, thank you. Despite texts from Parcel force, their timings were just wrong, and we had to fetch the parcel from the post office, despite asking for it to be left by door. Apparently senders can put a ‘no signature’ code on the label which allows goods to be left. This would be helpful.”
