The ease of assembly, with clear instructions, and all the fixings clearly laid out on a card and marked (*** take note), not just all thrown in a plastic bag. The furniture looks good, is comfortable, without cushions, just perfect. Plus Lazy Susan's customer service is spot on (I spoke to Jethro). All in all a very very satisfied customer.”
