“We bought two Antique Bronze Rose chairs 7 years ago to commemorate the passing of a longstanding neighbour in our block. Unfortunately one of the chair legs developed a fault this summer (2020), and the Lazy Susan staff were incredibly accommodating (especially as the guarantee period had long expired ...). We received a replacement leg the very next day for no charge at all! Exemplary customer service, to say the least!”
