“My rose bench arrived in excellent time and was packaged extremely well and nothing was damaged. I have purchased two of these benches, at different times, and I found the first one a bit difficult to assemble by myself. The back was very hard to line up. My second purchase was a lot easier as I asked a friend to help. The back, though, was still quite difficult to line up and two of the screw holes were not in alignment. In spite of this I am extremely happy with my purchase and they look lovely in my new garden.”
“Excellent service from order to delivery and I am very pleased with my slate grey bench, which is decorative and very comfortable. My husband and I put the bench together and it took about 40 minutes to complete the job. Whilst my husband is pretty good with DIY, he found that the spanner supplied was a little too big for the actual size of the nuts/bolts supplied so it made it quite fiddly to get these tightened up sufficiently. Otherwise, I am delighted with my new bench.”
“We are delighted with this seat. It seems very sturdy in structure and it wasn't too time consuming to erect. Somewhat baffled by the amount of washers we were left with but all seems to be well. It certainly looks good. Delivery wasn't quite so satisfactory as the parcel was left at the door of No 2 The Lodge and we are number 7. Unfortunately these neighbours were away for a few days and the goods were left outside. No rain so no damage done to box. Would definitely recommend to others.”
