“Having viewed on line, I bought my Rose garden bench directly by phone. The gentleman to whom I spoke was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable of the product. The whole transaction being completed very quickly and efficiently. Delivery was prompt and on schedule. The bench bought as a Christmas present, apart from a quick look, has not yet been fully unpacked but what I have seen looks great.”
“Good comms but delivery not perfect. We knew day of delivery but not time. The tracking gave no further info. Luckily the package arrived around 1pm and we were in. Might not have been though. You should use a carrier such as DPD who provide tracking in detail - one hour delivery slot and, if you are inclined, you can trace the progress of the delivery in fine detail. We have an oval table and 4 chairs and have just added the bench. We had surprise guests a few days ago, so we used the bench on one side of table and so we could seat 6. Worked like a charm.”
