“The bench I ordered arrived promptly and was very well packed, in a strong box, with every part separated with thick cardboard and bubble wrapping, all nuts and bolts etc. vacuum packed. There was a small manufacturing fault that I informed *** about, and he sent me some touch up paint that arrived the next day. It took a matter of moments to apply and there is now no sign of the fault. Excellent service, thank you. Oh, and the bench is lovely.”
