“very nice to deal with very helpful.unfortunately the deliverers broke both panels; these were replaced by a rather offhand deliverer who refused to remove the broken panels. I have not yet managed to assemble the arch as it is large and heavy and the original person who agreed to help had to move on before the replacements arrived. All looks very good but free-drilled holes would make the whole assembly much easier.I liked lazy susan but the deliverers and the assembly mean that I have not yet got my Arch !”
“We're very pleased with both the bench and table, they arrived within a couple of days and were well packed. Assembly was easy but please note, some of the threads were a bit tight.”
“Once the seat is in place, half tighten the bolts and place the seat back in position.Then check and tighten all bolts as necessary. Otherwise you may have to loosen some bolts to allow the seat back to slot in place. The seat looks the part and is certainly worth recommending.”
