“Spoke to customer services and the man i spoke to was really helpful and I then ordered online. I think his name was Luca. Package delivered in the timescale given on the day. We are delighted with the bench. Only problem we had was we followed the instructions and put the arms and seat together first then found we couldn't get the backrest in so had to dismantle and start again. More precise instructions would have helped! But definitely a 5 star review.”
“Prompt delivery, and a very nice product. I think it came with the wrong bolts - too long for the plastic covers to be fitted, and had to be fixed with a powered screwdriver. We managed though, so all is well.”
