“I struggled to assemble this bench. It turned out to be faulty. The company advised me "to place the bench back face down flat on the ground and raise it a small amount off the ground using 4 wooden blocks....... protect the back using cardboard or cloth. Using a mallet or hammer, strike the rear side of the bench back at either end centrally between the blocks of timber. Two firm hammer blows should be enough to create the required curve". They offered me compensation. I declined to do this and was offered a full refund. The scrap has gone for recycling.”
“I bought a Lazy Susan garden table and chairs about 4 years ago and it's as good as the day I got it - no flaking or chips whatsoever.
I felt confident ordering two matching garden benches and they came in very good time. There was a slight problem with constructing one of them (honestly, nothing dramatic) and they sent me a little tool to fix it, which it did. I phoned them to discuss it, and got a human being straight away! That's a rarity and means so much.
They're a lovely company to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.”
