Quality of aluminium furniture was as good as the photos suggested and looks good on our new patio . Prices seem good value, compared with what we have seen in garden centres. “I was given a Bistro table and chairs from a friend, but when we moved we lost one of the adjustable rubber feet on one of the chairs. I called up and explained what had happened and the gentleman I spoke to say no problem, we will send you a new one out in today's post. “We had been looking for a small bistro set for a recently restored Victorian patio area – we had an idea in mind, something traditional, well made but not too bulky or heavy. Searching the internet, we spotted the Rose Bistro Set on the Lazy Susan website which looked perfect. But, it’s always difficult when viewing on-line – not sure what you’re going to get – the price looked good but what about the quality?
We were not disappointed – we were surprised but delighted when the table and chairs arrived the very next day; assembly was easy, they look fantastic - just what we had in mind - and great value for money.
There were a couple of things to sort out with the delivery - my message was passed on via a telephone call and an email conversation was immediately forthcoming. All very friendly and efficient. Thank you Lazy Susan .... who says she's a lazy Susan anyway!!!
