Ordering was easy, the price was great as I got a discount, when my bistro set was late in arriving the office phoned me to explain they had problems but they were chasing to get it resolved as quickly as possible, I had another call with an update & a 3rd call to say they had reprocessed the order to speed it up. Great customer service & personal touch. Furniture was easy to put together & looks great on the patio.”
