“The furniture was delivered on time, was sufficiently protected for transport, assembly is simple if there were no production errors. At the BBQ table there is not enough thread in the holes in the table legs so I could not fix the bolts. In a seat back failed a bolt because the threads in the hole was broken. I possess I can solve these problems with the necessary knowledge and the necessary tools (allowing the necessary time), and finally was able to assemble everything.”

“The furniture is lovely and the ordering process was faultless, everyone was very helpful, even to the point of arranging an early delivery at the weekend as they were in the area. We had a problem with a couple of chairs initially, but this was sorted out straight away and replacement parts sent. Some of the fittings were a little tight to put together but the instructions were clear and we got there with a bit of elbow grease! We are delighted with the free garden bench too. We would highly recommend Lazy Susan, now we just need plenty of sunshine to enjoy it all.”

“We went to the showroom before deciding to buy and were impressed with the quality of the product and the huge stock that they carried. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having placed the order, the following day we made a change to the chair cushions we had chosen. This was not a problem and the sales girl happily made the change we requested. The chairs and table were delivered on the day we expected but unfortunately there was minor damage to the parasol. This was replaced within 48hrs without quibble. We had excellent service from Lazy Susan and would not hesitate to recommend them and their products.”
