“We needed to order on the phone since we couldn't put through our bank details online. Very friendly service. Delivery was speedy - without any notification from the carrier though. Delivery came on a pallet. Tons of cardboard and bubble wrap. I tried to recycle everything in the garden. Assembly took a long time, 6 hours for the chairs alone. The issue was with the English measurements on the screws and with the primitive tools. A proper wrench comes in handy. The underring of the Lazy Susan was damaged, the balls fell out. But this was replaced without any issues. The screws are not good quality. However, everything looks marvellous when ready. And the chairs are super comfortable with the cushions. It will hopefully last for 20 years. I will plant 2 trees in order to compensate for the production of the material.”
