“The first parasol base I received had some paint missing. I sent a photo of the damage and requested a replacement. This was sent within 48 hours but with no communication at all. I didn't know if I was required to return the damaged item or not. Service was very good but communication could be better!”

Seul commentaire négative est que nous trouvons les siege que nous avons commandés beaucoup moins comfortable que leur banc du jardin qui a un forme tout a fait different et plus tard nous avons découvert qu'ils ont des chaise du même forme que le banc. Mais, ceci est notre erreur, En commandant par *** on n'a pas vu l'autre type. "”

Only negative note: the seat we ordered was less comfortable than the garden bench we ordered in the past. We found out later on that Lazy Susan sells garden chairs which have the same shape as the garden benches. But this is our mistake. Ordering via *** we did not see the other type of garden chair.”
