“The garden furniture looks great. It was easy to assemble, almost self-explanatory. Beforehand, I had a look at the videos on the website. That was really easy! We had a little issue concerning our tabletop that was slightly damaged due the transport and the parasol base. “Communications were brilliant. I inadvertently ordered the wrong sized parasol and the team at LS were quick to recognize the error and suggest a more appropriate size. They emailed and phoned to ensure the delivery time was not compromised. Very quick delivery, the 'before midday' option worked really well for me. The furniture is strong and durable (no wobbly tables). It takes a little time to assemble, about an hour for the table, half an hour for each chair, so needed to do it over a few sessions. Lovely furniture and enhances the garden.”
