We had a servicable parasol of the same colour at the time so we held off including a new one in the purchase. Over the following two and a half years we have been so impressed with the aftersales service that when the parasol needed replacing we didin't bother to look elasewhere, we just ordered one from Lazy Susan. Delivery was ultra rapid and the quality was excellent. Unfortunately it arrived just before storms Dudley, Eunice and Franklin so we haven't had a chance to enjoy it yet!”
